RentYourRocks.com was called in recently by Emma Wall, Personal Finance journalist for the Telegraph, writing a piece called “How I lived the Prada lifestyle at Primark prices”. The brief from Emma was that she wanted our high-end pieces to sparkle glamorously!
I took a trip down to London and it was fantastic to be shown around the Telegraph offices, meet the team and see the photography studio. With a hired pink ruffle dress and black couture dress from www.girlmeetsdress.com our pieces finished her look completely. Emma was wowed by our stunning pieces such as the sparkling Red Carpet Diamond Earrings, the dazzling Circus Tourmaline Ring and the statement Beautiful Rose Pendant. Her colleagues were also amazed and took a moment to try on some of our diamonds and take pictures to send to their boyfriends!
I was really excited to read the article at the weekend as it shows that the Telegraph does “get it”. When renting the lifestyle is so accessible why shouldn’t we have a different look for every party, occasion or invitation, or even just when we feel like it? After all the Celebs have been doing it for years!
