Last week RYR found ourselves at the finals of the 2010 UK Jewellery Awards at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. A very very sparkling event. Imagine the best of the the jewellery industry all in one room wearing their finest Rocks! Add to that a chandelier lit stage with a back drop of hundreds and thousands of tiny sparkling lights – we were truly dazzled! It was a really fantastic evening presented by the gorgeously effervescent Claudia Winkleman.
Rent Your Rocks was up for the award of Best Business Initiative. Founder Sophie Fulford was grilled ‘Dragons Den’ style by a panel of judges a few weeks ago. Her competition for the award was Adorn London, Cred Jewellery, Keanes Jewellers and QVC. Rent Your Rocks.com were announced as the winners – we were so proud and so happy to be the winners of such a brilliant award at this prestigious event. The Winners Brochure produced by Retail-Jeweller.com wrote this about Rent Your Rocks:
