Winsor Bishop, the parent company of RENT YOUR ROCKS, has been trading from the same premises as RENT YOUR ROCKS on London Street, Norwich since 1834. It is East Anglia's finest and most successful jewellery business carrying a reputation of having diamonds of distinction, alongside brands such as Patek Philippe, Cartier, Rolex, Breitling, Omega, Tag, Chopard, Chanel, Links, Mikimoto, Panerai, IWC and Jeager Le-Coultre.

The Company's founder, Sophie Croydon, demonstrates 100% commitment to the business. Having trained at the Gemological Institute of America in California qualifying in Business Management, Diamond Grading and Gem Identification, combined with a degree in psychology, 10 years experience in marketing, online branding and jewellery buying, Sophie also operates a jewellery retail shop, managing a team of 22 people. The concept of RENT YOUR ROCKS® originated during Sophie's training in the US as part of her management training programme.
Tanya Von Moll

Tanya began working with Aspreys in New York as a Sales Advisor in 1997 in fine jewellery. Her time spent there within the PR department and Sales environment meant she was dealing frequently with high profile personalities, often arranging the private loans of fine jewellery for Red Carpet events. She travelled back to the UK to work with Theo Fennell, London, where she helped establish a national and international wholesale business and from there she became the main buyer of period jewellery for Ralph Lauren's flagship store in Bond Street, London. Tanya's major focus is bringing the collections together from across the world, combined with her experience of Red Carpet style advising, she plays a key role in the group.

Jamie Murray-Wells

Jamie Murray Wells is the founder and Executive Chairman of Glasses Direct, which he started at university. Five years later, the 26 year-old has seen the company grow to become the largest online retailer of prescription glasses in the world. Recognition for his work heading up Glasses Direct saw him receive awards such as the UK Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Wales and West Country Entrepreneur of the Year Award, NatWest Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Daily Mail Enterprising Young Brit. In 2005, he beat Sir Richard Branson, Sir Alan Sugar, and Stelios Haji-Ioannou to come 1st place in startups.co.uk’s list of that year’s top entrepreneurs.
Jamie is working closely with Sophie, mentoring her through the development of her business because he recognizes much of his own talent in her, and believes that RENT YOUR ROCKS® is absolute dynamite.
